A: We design for seasonal curators—people who refresh their home décor 2-4 times per year. If you notice the emotional shift of each season, care about intentional living, and want art that reflects your inner world, Seasonal Refresh is made for you.

Q: Why refresh seasonally?

A: When you refresh your space with the seasons, you're acknowledging change, honoring time, and creating beauty that matches your emotional landscape. It's a practice of intentionality. Your home shouldn't be static—it should reflect how you feel right now.

Q: What's your aesthetic?

Shopping & Ordering

Q: What products do you offer?

A: Professional printed wall art on archival paper. All products are available in multiple sizes (5×7, 8×10, 11×14, 16×20, 18×24, 24×36).

Q: Are your prints framed?

A: No, we send unframed prints. We believe framing is personal. The frame you choose should match your space, your style, your aesthetic. We create beautiful, archival-quality prints. You choose the frame that feels right. This keeps our art affordable and gives you complete control over the final piece.

Q: What size should I choose?

A: It depends on your space. 5×7 works for small walls or shelves. 8×10 is standard for most walls. 11×14 makes a statement. 16×20 and larger work for gallery walls or prominent spaces. If unsure, measure your wall space and hold up paper cut to that size to visualize.

Q: What paper/material do you use?

A: We use archival-quality materials through our print partners (Gelato and Printify). Prints are on matte paper, acid-free, and designed to last decades without fading. Canvas options are also available for select pieces.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship to my location?

A: We currently ship to the United States only. We're working on expanding international shipping in the future. Sign up for our email list to be notified when this changes.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: $5 flat rate on all orders under $50. FREE shipping on orders $50+. This applies to all sizes and quantities within the United States.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders process within 5-7 business days, then ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Typical delivery: 5-10 business days after shipment. Total time from order to delivery: 10-17 business days.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your package on the carrier's website in real-time.

Q: What if my package arrives damaged?

A: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to either reship or refund your order at no cost to you.

Q: What if my package is lost?

A: Contact us with your order and tracking number. We'll investigate with the carrier. Once confirmed lost, we'll reship or issue a refund.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a print if I'm not happy with it?

A: Yes! We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all printed products. Products must be returned in original, unopened condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued for the product price; original shipping is non-refundable.

Q: How do I initiate a return?

A: Contact us at support@seasonalrefresh.art with your order number. We'll provide return shipping instructions.

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.


Products & Usage

Q: Can I use these images for commercial purposes?

A: No. All artwork is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. This means you can display prints in your home, gift them, or post on personal social media. You cannot sell prints, use them in a business, or redistribute the images.

Q: Are your designs copyrighted?

A: Yes. All Seasonal Refresh artwork is original and protected by copyright. We own all rights to the designs. When you purchase, you're buying a license to use the art personally—not ownership of the copyright.


Collections & Availability

Q: Why do collections rotate seasonally?

A: We design seasonally because we believe home should match how you feel. Our collections celebrate the emotional landscape of each season—autumn's warmth, Halloween's character, Christmas's joy, spring's renewal. New collections drop four times a year.

Q: When are new collections released?

A: We rotate collections seasonally. Watch for announcements on our email list and social media (Instagram, Pinterest) for new drops. Generally: Autumn (August), Halloween (September), Christmas (October), Spring (March).

Q: Can I use seasonal prints year-round?

A: Absolutely! While our collections celebrate specific seasons, many pieces work beautifully in any season. Use the mood and style filters to find art that resonates with you, regardless of the season label.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: Not currently, but we love hearing customer ideas! Email us at support@seasonalrefresh.art with your suggestions.

Q: Will prints go out of stock?

A: Because we use print-on-demand partners, prints are made to order and don't go out of stock. However, designs may rotate with seasonal collections, so if you love a piece, we recommend ordering when it's available.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to check real-time status.

Q: Can I change my order after placing it?

A: If your order hasn't processed yet (within 24 hours), contact us immediately at support@seasonalrefresh.art and we may be able to help.

Q: What if I entered the wrong address?

A: Contact us right away at support@seasonalrefresh.art. If processing hasn't begun, we may be able to update it. Once shipped, you'll need to contact the carrier to redirect the package.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: Not currently, but prints ship flat in protective packaging, making them gift-ready. You can wrap them yourself or present the unframed print with a frame of your choice as a complete gift.
